Frankincense

Atrophic extracted incense trees, but Hardy cut through the crust, called striping, allowing the resin exuded by bleeding and harden. This hardening resin called tears. There are many species and varieties of frankincense trees, each producing a type slightly different resin.

The differences in soil and climate is conducive to greater diversity in the resin, and even within the same species. The gum tree unusual trees by their ability to grow in environments that show no mercy, even as they grow in some cases of solid rock. The main means for fixing the rock are not known, but is carried by a disc as swelling of the swollen trunk. This growth prevents them from being ripped rocks during heavy thunderstorms.

This feature is minor or absent in the trees that grow in the rocky soil or gravel. The trees begin to produce the resin when they are about eight to 10 years. [2] plays 2-3 times a year with the end taps tears improved production due to higher aromatic terpenes , sesquiterpene and diterpene content. In general, the resins are duller the better. The resin is produced well in Somalia, the Romanian Catholic Church buys most of its shares. [3]

Recent studies have indicated that the population of incense trees are declining, partly because of overuse. Tapping greatly trees produce seeds that germinate in only 16%, while the seeds of trees that are not used to germinate in more than 80%. In addition, grazing and burning, and attacks longhorn can reduce the number of tree populations. [4] conversion (compensation) forest incense for agriculture is also a major threat.
